TOP-PEAKS KEYPAD can complete membrane keypad product development and production based on customers' intentions or product functional requirements, product application scenarios, overall product design, ready-made drawings, sample, etc. The products we can provide include: resistance-type (push-button) keypad, capacitive-type (touch) keypad, resistance + capacitive-type keypad. We can also design some membrane keypad with special functions according to customer requirements, such as: IP68 waterproof film switch, outdoor anti-UV membrane panel, keypad with backlight display, membrane panel with label replacement, Graphic overlays etc.

Surface material selection:

PC(polycarbonate)

PC sheet is a flexible material that can be repeatedly bent without breaking. At the same time, PC material transparency is very high, smooth PC material is usually used in the window display panel products. PC materials with fire resistance can reach V0 and V2 flame retardant grades.

PET(Polyester film)

PET sheet has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance. Polydome made of PET sheet has good elasticity . Autotex XE series PET sheets have excellent UV protection and can be used outdoors in the sun for a long time without aging and cracking. PET with hard coating on the surface has good wear resistance, and the surface hardness can reach 3H grade.
